Private preview — every project, every agent on one screen

Every project. Every agent.
One clear overview.

Your projects and the AI agents working on them live in different tools, and none of them can see the whole picture. Grafizum puts it on one screen — what is on track, what is blocked and what is due next — instead of scattered chats, agent logs and half-written notes. A phone app that adds a task from your pocket is in the making.

What it does

Every project in one view

The difference between having projects and knowing where they stand: one screen showing what each project is doing, what is due, what is blocked and what needs your decision.

Projects & repositories

Every project as one card, side by side: status, notes, connected GitHub repositories and the documents agents read while working on it.

  • Whole portfolio on one board
  • Status and repository health
  • Project memory

Tasks & to-dos

Open work gathered by project. A phone app is in the making — it will add a task to the right project from your phone, even without a connection.

  • Ongoing, blocked, done
  • Awaiting your review
  • Phone app (in the making)

Calendar & milestones

Due dates and milestones from every project in one calendar, so no deadline lives only inside an agent's context window.

  • Month view & agenda
  • Due dates from tasks
  • Project milestones

Memory agents can read

Handbooks, rules and project documents that agents read before they work — generated from live data, never a stale snapshot.

  • Global handbook
  • Per-project documents
  • Generated overview & todo.md

Activity & audit trail

Every agent write is recorded with who, what, when and why — one record across all your projects, next to the work it belongs to.

  • Append-only log
  • Who, what, when, why
  • Per-task history

Insights

Where the work actually goes: open work per project, the review backlog across everything, and how much budget your agents are using.

  • Project progress
  • Review backlog
  • Agent request usage
Security

Private by default

An invitation-only command center while the beta runs: your own workspace, agents that can only reach the projects you grant them, and every change on the record.

Keys hashed at rest

Agent keys are 256-bit random values stored only as a peppered hash. A key is shown once and can be rotated or revoked at any time.

Only the people you let in

The dashboard is not a public service. Accounts open by invitation during the beta, and a session is a server-side cookie that signing out clears.

Secrets stay on the server

GitHub tokens and SSH keys live in an encrypted vault. Agents use them through the server or not at all — the value never crosses the wire.

Every action is auditable

Writes are append-only records with actor, correlation ID and before/after values. Deleting an agent never deletes its history.

Closed beta

Invitation only

Command Center is in closed beta. Accounts open by invitation: enter the one-time code we sent you and your own private workspace is created straight away — no code yet, write to [email protected]. Plans and prices are still being decided.
