No. It stays free: one project, one connected client, 200 agent requests a day, no card.
What happens when I hit a limit?
The action is refused with the number that owns it and a way to raise it. Nothing is silently dropped.
Can I change plan later?
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately and are prorated; downgrades start at your next renewal.
